After more than 25 years as a plant and tree health Senior Executive in a Fortune 50 chemical company, he did a 180º turn-around. “Dr. Jim” developed the Green Centrics™ system, an holistic bio-energy healing, hands-on, no-product, green solution. As its principal practitioner, he works at estates, golf courses, commercial locations and at people’s homes to heal stressed trees by healing their internal parts and functions. Dr. Conroy’s breakthrough leading to Cooperative BioBalance® came through his profound connection with members of the Plant Kingdom. Ms. Basia Alexander, The Chief Listener, is the co-author of the popular Tree Whispering series of books. She leads people into do-it-yourself-environmentalism, visionary tree advocacy, and practical spirituality. She created her own Track II B.A. in Communications at Beloit College, Beloit, Wisconsin. As Training Director for an Apple Computer dealership and as an Adjunct Professor, Basia wrote and delivered desktop publishing trainings. She followed a calling to write on spiritual and personal growth topics then created ReVitalizations™–a health and creativity coaching and workshop business. After certifying as a BodyTalk System practitioner, her love of trees and plants led her to co-found Institute for Cooperative BioBalance with Dr. Jim Conroy. Basia writes all Tree Whispering® manuals and teaches with Dr. Conroy. As an innovator in the discipline of Conscious Co-Creativity, Basia helps to develop Cooperative BioBalance.
Melissa Bilecky, the social media manager, is an alumni of Felician University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. During her time at Felician she was heavily involved with the university’s radio station. She was quickly promoted to Station Manager after just two semesters. Post-graduation she completed an internship with The Jersey Journal as a reporter and transitioned to the role of Digital Media Producer. She then returned to Felician as an Administrative Assistant at the Career Development Center, where after six short months, she was promoted to the role of Social Media Coordinator. Melissa has also written content for various blogs, such as Modern Day MS. Melissa is currently the Marketing Assistant at Peak Performances at Montclair State University. She is also working towards earning her Social Media Management certification from Centenary University. Moving forward in her career, Melissa plans to pursue freelance social media full-time because she is passionate about helping organizations utilize social media to achieve their business goals. Hi, I am Joan Lenart, a member of the technical team. I have certificates in informational data systems, master gardeing and eco-therapy. I have always been interested in the environment and feel I benefit from being out in nature.. Following the teachings of Dr. Jim and Basia, I have grown to respect nature in an all encompassing way. Every single thing has a purpose and the more I understand its purpose, the easier it is to live in harmony. While I have done some traveling, I yearn to experience the rest of the world.
