Go out into Nature. Go for walks in your neighborhood or a local park. Be quiet. Look at the trees. Yes, really look at them closely.

Look at trees in detail and begin to see their differences. You don’t have to know their names. Just see the fine points of their trunks or leaves. Yes, they are different heights, but see the unique patterns in their branches.
